Frequently asked questions
The stuff people ask before booking their first mobile valet.
Do you need access to my water or electricity?
No. The van carries its own water tank and power. Just point us at the car and we'll do the rest.
What happens if it rains?
For interior or covered work we still go ahead. For full exterior valets in heavy rain we'll reschedule at no charge. We watch the forecast and message you in advance.
Do I need to be in when you arrive?
Not if the car is accessible on your driveway or a nearby parking spot. Some people leave the keys, some pop out to say hi. Whatever suits your day.
How long does a valet take?
Depends on the service you pick. Reece will confirm the finish window when he books you in, so you know when your car will be ready.
Where do you cover?
Glasgow (all districts M-F), plus Bearsden, Milngavie, Bishopbriggs, Paisley, and Lanarkshire (Motherwell, Hamilton, Airdrie, Wishaw, Coatbridge, Bellshill). Every area runs on a set weekday. Enter your postcode into the booking assistant and it'll show you which days work for your address.
How do I pay?
You can pay online when you book, or in person when we arrive. Cash or card, whichever suits you.
What's your cancellation policy?
Life gets in the way, we get it. Cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your slot at no charge. Under 24 hours a 50% fee applies. Under 2 hours or on the doorstep the full amount is charged, because we've already blocked that slot and turned others away.
Are you insured?
Yes. Fully covered by public liability so if anything goes sideways on your driveway, you're not the one out of pocket.
Can I get a quote before booking?
Yes. You can pick a service and see the price online, or call 07470 078716 and Reece will talk you through what's right for your car.
Do you do commercial work and fleets?
Yes. Hire cars, taxis, small vans, sales forecourts. Call to set up a regular schedule with priority slots.
